Susan Shorter joined the firm in the role of Office Manager in February 2017. She ensures the smooth running of our office in Memphis and continuously helps to improve our procedures and day-to-day operation. She provides general support to clients and visitors, liaise with facility management vendors, and supports our new business department.

Susan has retired from two different careers spanning 44 years, and is a welcoming presence in our office space. On Sundays you will find her teaching 4th & 5th grade girls sunday school.
